The bridge connects downtown Chuncheon to Legoland Theme Park on Jungdo Island. It won the Grand Prize in the Civil Engineering Structure Awards during the 2019 Civil Engineering Day celebration.

The bridge is the longest in the southern part of the Han River. It was built to connect Gongju-eup and Jangji-myeon.
