Yeolhwajeong Pavilion is a historic, traditional Korean pavilion located in Ganggol Village, Boseong County. Built during the Joseon Dynasty as a scholarly facility, it was also a site where local scholars gathered and where independence activists plotted against Japanese colonialists in the late Great Han Empire. The pavilion is a designated Important Folklore Cultural Heritage, known for its harmonious blend with the surrounding forest and various gardens, and has been used as a filming location for popular Korean dramas like The Red Sleeve.
