Art Library of Uijeongbu, which won the 2020 Korean Architecture Award’s Grand Prize, is a cultural complex that combines an art gallery with a library. This three-story building is an open space that is almost wall-less; the ground floor is an atrium with the second and third floors serving as mezzanines.
