Nuguna Banhandak, or Noona Holdak for short, serves a variety of chicken dishes and draft beer based on ‘non-fried fried chicken’ baked in an oven at 205℃. In particular, the signature menu, ‘Ssamdak’, is a chicken dish developed by Naduhol Takbanhandak for the first time in Korea based on ‘Ssam’, one of the most Korean food cultures, and has become the most loved menu among customers.
