Cheonggan Beach is located in Goseong, Gangwon-do, with a white sand beach length of 0.3 km and an area of ??605 m2. The sea water is clear and clean, the sand is white, and it is suitable as a summer resort for families. Since opening as Cheonggan-ri Beach in July 1992, it has been operated temporarily from July to August every year with the cooperation of the military unit in charge of the coast. Currently, the beach and Baeksajeong are open all year round.
