This is the former official residence of the mayor of Busan, located at the foot of Mt. Hwangryeong in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu. It is now become Children’s Forest Experience Library. With an area of 18,015 square meters, which is equivalent to 2.5 soccer fields, it became the largest among the official residences of local governments. There are 23,000 manicured trees and a two-story house stands tall in the middle of the lawn.
