BBM25 is an indoor baseball practice facility located right next to Namyeong Station in Galwol-dong, neighboring Namyeong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
It is an indoor baseball stadium known as BBM First Ball until 2010, and there is a BBM billiards room on the first floor.
